Shipping policy

Welcome! We know how important it is to keep your nursery stocked, so we take our deliveries very seriously.

For orders of up to 2kg (that's 6 packs of wipes), we'll ship your order via Royal Mail First Class.  Normally, this means they'll be with you within 1 - 2 business days.

For heavier packages, we partner with DPD.  You'll find below a list of their current shipping options and rates:

Standard UK Delivery

• UK ExpressPak (up to 5kg): £8.76
• UK Next Day (up to 30kg): £9.75

Further Afield

• N.Ireland, Highlands & Islands 2 Day: £35.82
• Republic of Ireland 2 Day: £22.58

Important Details to Keep in Mind:

• Currently, shipping is limited to the UK.  Sorry to our international fans, we're working on getting our wipes global.
  
  
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched to enable you to track your delivery.
  
  
• Taxes: Please note that all prices given exclude VAT.
  
  
• Returns: If you need to send anything back, returns are charged at the same parcel rate originally used for shipping.  Please find our full returns policy here.
